We will deliver dormant, top-grade, true-to-name plants. We guarantee they will grow and bloom the first season providing our recommended planting instructions included with every order are followed. Any roses purchased in late winter/spring that fail to grow will be replaced or credit voucher issued, one time, provided we are notified by August 1 of that year.
Non-plant products are satisfaction guaranteed. If not fully satisfied, the product may be returned for a replacement or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
**Guarantee on rose 50% clearance** At these special prices, the regular Edmunds' guarantee does not apply. However, we guarantee the roses will arrive in good condition. If unsatisfied with any rose on arrival, or if any fails to show growth in 30 days, we will issue a credit voucher for the amount you paid for the rose excluding shipping. All claims for roses purchased at these special prices must be made within 30 days of receipt of the plant.**
