(Var; WEKamanda) To all of our customers who suffer the heat of summer, BUY THIS ROSE! This yellow hybrid tea with a hint of green, loves heat and thrives on it. The green tones are more evident in hot temperatures. It is a prolific bloomer of perfectly formed large flowers, excellent for cutting or exhibition. Gray-green foliage covers this disease resistant plant but watch out in winter, it is a bit tender. Flower Size: 5-7". Fragrance: Slight. Hybridizer: Strickland, 1996.

I bought this rose twice from another supplier....both times they were complete fails. I found it here at Edmunds and because it is a memorial rose for my mother decided to try one more time. I am so excited to see the rose leafing out beautifully. Will share a picture when I have my first bloom! The directions to plant included a step I have never done (mounding compost/peat moss over the canes after planting). My husband thought I was nuts but I followed the advise and believe that is what made the difference. Thank you, Edmunds for the tribute to my much loved and missed mom!

Received at the end of March and planted immediately. The rose has leafed out and is growing well. No bloom yet.
