(Var: JOHnago) A color variant of the most famous rose of all time that was discovered in the windy city of Chicago. The pink edge sometimes suffuses the entire surface of the petals and the reverse is deep, rich gold. A rather unstable sport, it occasionally produces some surprising color variations. Weatherproof, tough, disease-resistant plants clothed in gorgeous, apple-green foliage. Hybridizer: Johnston, 1962
